At J & C Local Farms, we take pride in hand-picking and harvesting all our lavender with care. Depending on the plant, you can find our lovely lavender flourishing from spring through fall!

We’re excited to share our dried culinary lavender with local restaurants, chefs, and food enthusiasts in the community. It adds a delightful touch to your culinary creations—whether you choose to infuse it, bake with it, or even enjoy the buds right off the stem! We prioritize natural growing practices, so our lavender is nurtured entirely by Mother Nature, with no chemicals involved. 

As we grow, we’re also planning to cultivate some complementary herbs like rosemary and mint, all sourced right here in our community. Our dream is to be a farm-to-table resource for local businesses, encouraging everyone to invest in our small-scale culinary lavender rather than sourcing it from far away.
