All our Lavender at J & C Local Farms is hand-picked and harvested. Depending on the lavender plant, it grows at various times and can grow from spring until fall.

J & C Local Farms sells dried culinary lavender to restaurants, chefs, and the food industry. Our local lavender makes a wonderful addition to your culinary creations. You can infuse, bake with, or even consume the buds directly from the stem. We use no chemicals on our lavender plants; they are nurtured solely by Mother Nature. Our goal is to expand our farm, reinvest in the community, and become a local source of high-quality culinary lavender.

We also plan to cultivate complementary herbs such as rosemary and mint, all grown locally. Our goal at our farm is to become a farm-to-table resource for local businesses, promoting local investment in culinary lavender instead of sourcing it online.
