QUESTIONS ABOUT MY ORDER:
Once I place an order, how long will it take to be delivered?
We’re just as excited as you are to get your lavender goodies to you! Once you place your order, we usually have it all packaged up and ready to go in about 2 to 3 business days. After that, delivery can take anywhere from 1 to 5 days, depending on where you are in the US. But no worries—we’ll keep you in the loop with an email that includes your tracking number, so you can look forward to its arrival! Happy shopping!
What is your return policy?
We’re confident that you'll absolutely love everything you order from us! Since many of our products are intended for one-time use, we don’t offer returns. However, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, don’t hesitate to reach out to us at cstiles@jandclocalfarms.com. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we focus on shipping within the United States and do not offer international shipping. However, we're always exploring new possibilities, so stay tuned for updates!
Where are your products made?
Our products are carefully crafted right here on our farm. We take pride in creating small-batch lavender goods using clean and natural ingredients. Each product is handcrafted with you in mind, with quality and attention to detail.

Do you offer tours of your farm?

Where is the farm located?
Our farm is nestled within the Hopewell Community. It's a backroad location, and you can contact us at 336 Harris Drive, Arab, AL.
When is the best time to visit the farm?
May-June is in peak bloom season, and the lavender is at its most vibrant and aromatic! However, our cute shop is open during certain times of the year. We welcome visitors by appointment. Just reach out, and we'll make sure to accommodate you.
How many varieties of lavender do you grow?
We grow 5 different lavender varieties on our farm. Each variety brings its unique characteristics, fragrances, and colors, allowing us to create a diverse range of lavender products for you to enjoy.
How large is your farm?
Our lavender farm spans 55 acres of beautiful land and is home to 1,200 lavender plants. We are a working farm with a variety of lavender, herbs, and fruit trees.
